Pricing Two levels, one direction

Cobalt starts at £297.

That is the level where the phone stops being your problem, and it is the complete system rather than a cut-down version of it. Above it you are buying your evenings back as well. All prices exclude VAT.

The ladder What each step takes off you

Every step hands over more of the day.

Each level lists what Cobalt takes on and what still lands on you, from the enquiry to the invoice.

Never miss an enquiry

Every way in lands in one place: the phone, the website, your messages. Then the phone gets picked up, whether that is every call, only the ones you miss, or agreed hours, and anything that does slip through gets a text back in seconds. It answers approved questions, takes the details, books the appointment and hands over to a person when it should, then follows up for seven days on its own. You still write the quote.

Handled by Cobalt
Catching every enquiry whichever way it arrives, the instant acknowledgement, the text back after a missed call, answering the phone, taking the details, booking the appointment, the confirmations and reminders, and seven days of follow-up.
Still on you
Writing the quote. The invoice, the receipts and the job records.
£497a month

The paperwork gets drafted too

Everything above, plus Sitebooks. A voice note and a few photographs from site come back as a branded quotation draft with your prices, your margin worked out privately, and the invoice, receipts and job records that follow it. You check it and send it.

Sitebooks The £497 part, in detail

A voice note on the drive home is the paperwork done.

You send what you would have told your office manager. It comes back as a quotation you can check and send, with the bit only you should see kept separate.

FROM SITE, ON TELEGRAM 0:47 Sitebooks drafts it Your prices. Your rules. Your format. THE CUSTOMER SEES Total £4,280 No material costs shown ONLY YOU SEE Materials £1,640 Labour £1,180 Charged £4,280 Margin £1,460 Before you send it, not after

What it will not do

Sitebooks creates a detailed draft and a private internal check. Nothing goes to the customer on its own. You remain responsible for the scope, the prices, the tax treatment and the wording before it is sent.

  • It will not send a quotation automatically. It drafts, you check, you send.
  • It will not replace your accountant. It handles quotations, invoices, receipts and job records, not professional accounting or tax advice.
  • It will not invent a price. If something is unpriced or missing, it says so rather than guessing.
  • It needs Telegram. That is where the voice notes and photographs go in. It is free and takes a minute to set up.
Not sure Pick by the problem, not the price

Which one is yours?

£297

The phone rings while you are up a ladder and you find out about it at six o'clock, by which time they have booked someone else.

£497

Quotes and paperwork are the part that keeps you up, and the job is won or lost on how fast the quote goes out.

The small print, in plain words

  • All prices exclude VAT. VAT is charged where applicable.
  • The included 100 or 200 minutes are AI receptionist minutes.
  • Additional AI minutes, telephone-network usage and text messages are charged separately. The rate is confirmed in writing before service begins.
  • Text messages are not drawn from the receptionist minute allowance.
  • Premium voices, extra numbers, multiple receptionists, additional knowledge bases, additional calendars, complex call routing and bespoke connections are quoted separately.
  • The telephone and text service is for UK businesses at launch.
  • UK number activation depends on the required regulatory approval.
  • Outbound AI calling and cold-call campaigns are not included.
  • Standard setup covers one receptionist, one knowledge base, one calendar, one transfer route, agreed opening hours, the initial call script, the standard seven-day follow-up and live testing.
  • Both plans have a three-month minimum, because the setup is included rather than charged for. After that they continue monthly.
Questions The ones people ask before booking

Asked before, answered here.

Is the receptionist a real person?

No, it's AI, and it'll say so if a caller asks. It answers approved questions, collects the caller's details, books appointments and hands the call to a person when it should.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says it does not know, records what the caller needs and follows the agreed handover route. It must not invent prices, availability or promises.

Can it answer only when I miss the call?

Yes. It can be set to answer every call, act as the backup when nobody answers, or cover agreed hours.

What happens if I use more than my included minutes?

The additional usage appears on the monthly bill. The rate will be confirmed before service begins.

Are text messages included in the 100 or 200 minutes?

No. The allowance covers AI receptionist time. Text and telephone-network usage are metered separately.

Does Sitebooks send quotations automatically?

No. It creates a detailed draft and a private internal check. The business owner reviews the quotation before sending it.

Does Sitebooks replace my accountant?

No. It helps with quotations, invoices, receipts and job records. It does not replace professional accounting or tax advice.

Can Cobalt build other automations?

Yes. Database reactivation, email sequences, websites, website assistants, accounts connections, contract processes, invoice processes and other repetitive tasks can be scoped separately for a one-off fee.

Can I cancel?

Both plans have a three-month minimum, because the standard setup is included rather than charged for. After that they continue monthly and you can stop before the next billing period.
