Cookies
What this site puts on your device, and why.
Short version: only what it needs to work, and one small cookie of ours that remembers what you decide on this page. Nothing optional is running at the moment. The longer version is below, and it was written from what the site was actually observed doing, not from a template.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep and send back on your next visit, so the site can recognise the same browser again. Browsers also keep other small stores of data for a site, which work in a similar way and are listed here alongside the cookies. None of them can read your files or see anything outside this site.
What this site actually uses
Checked on 26 August 2026 in a fresh browser with nothing stored, on the home page, the check, the booking page and a guide, with time allowed for everything to load.
Necessary. Always on.
| __cf_bmCloudflare, the protection layer in front of the site. Tells real visitors from automated traffic. Set on this domain and on the two domains our hosting platform serves images and the booking calendar from. Set before you choose anything, because it is part of delivering the page. | 30 minutes |
| cbt_consentOurs. Records the choice you make on this page so we do not ask again. It holds a version number, a yes or no for visitor statistics, and the time you chose. Set only when you choose. | 180 days |
| msgsndr_idGoHighLevel, the platform that hosts this site and runs the booking calendar. Gives your visit an identifier so the platform can serve pages and bookings. It also records how you arrived, for example directly or from a search, and sends that to the platform. Set before you choose anything. We cannot switch it off, and we do not use it for advertising. | 1 year |
| Four browser storage entriesGoHighLevel. Named v2_contact_session, v2_history, v2_session_history and v3_first_session_event. The same visit identifier and arrival information as above, kept in your browser's local storage rather than as cookies. Set before you choose anything. Stay until you clear your browser data. | Until cleared |
| ghl_analytics_user_idGoHighLevel, on the booking page only, inside the calendar itself. The calendar's own copy of the visit identifier. Set when the booking page loads. | Until cleared |
Not a cookie, but you should know about it
Cloudflare adds a small script to every page that measures how quickly the page loaded and reports the timing back to Cloudflare. It sets no cookie and does not follow you to other sites. It is part of the network the site sits behind and we cannot remove it.
Optional. Off until you say otherwise.
| Visitor statisticsNothing in use. If we ever add a tool that counts which pages are read, it will only run if you have ticked it in cookie settings, and turning it off again removes its cookies. | Not in use |
Not used at all
No advertising cookies. No social media buttons that report back. No embedded video players. No cookies from anyone paying to reach you. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you get asked before anything runs.
Which need your permission
None of the items above need permission today, because each one is either needed to make the site work or is not running. The only thing you can switch is visitor statistics, which is off, and which we will not switch on for you without your say-so. The banner you saw when you arrived exists so that the switch is yours before there is anything to switch.
How to say no, or change your mind
Open cookie settings, here or from the link in the footer of every page, and choose. Rejecting optional cookies is one click, the same as accepting them. Changing from yes to no stops anything optional from running, removes its cookies where a browser allows that, and leaves the rest of the site working exactly as before. Your choice is kept for 180 days, then you are asked again.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser's own settings. If you block everything, the site still reads and the check still works. The booking calendar may need the platform's cookies to take a booking, so if you have blocked those and cannot book, email us instead and we will sort a time by hand.
The website assistant
Talking to the assistant on the front page stores nothing on your device. What you type is sent to our automation service and to Anthropic to write the reply, and only when you send a message. What we do with your details covers that in full.
Changes
If anything on this page changes, the date below changes with it, and if the change means something optional has been added, you will be asked again before it runs.
