How it works Questions first, product later

We turn up with questions, not a product.

Five steps. The first one is a day of listening, and it is the one that decides whether the rest is worth doing at all.

01

Understand

A day learning how your business actually runs, not how it is supposed to. We follow one real enquiry from arrival to invoice and count every place the same information gets typed in twice.

02

Simplify

We find where things get stuck, dropped or repeated. Usually three or four places, and usually you already know two of them.

03

Automate

We build the parts that do the repetitive work. Enquiries answered, follow-ups sent, reminders gone out, invoices chased. The things that do not need you but currently wait for you.

04

Integrate

We connect what you already use so nothing is typed twice. We are not here to make you move everything into something new because it suits us.

05

Improve

We watch it run and keep tightening it. A good system is one you stop noticing, and getting there takes a few weeks of adjusting after go-live.

Two routes A plan, or bespoke work

Taking a plan? Setup is included, and it is short.

Both plans come with standard setup. That is not the day of listening and it is not a proposal. It is us building what the plan says, testing it with you, and switching it on.

£297, Cobalt Core

We set up your customer records, pipeline and calendar, connect your website forms, and put a UK number on missed-call text-back. Then the receptionist: your greeting, one approved knowledge base built from your answers, and a live telephone test with you before a single real call reaches it. The website assistant goes on your site at the same time. Guided onboarding, then it runs.

£497, Cobalt + Sitebooks

Everything in Cobalt Core, plus Sitebooks. Before the setup call we build your account and your materials list from your own supplier invoices. On the call you send your first voice note and watch the quote come back, and from that day quoting is yours to use. Your only homework in week one is photographing receipts. Invoicing, job records and the rest are switched on in week two, once you have seen the quoting work.

The five steps above, the audit and the page you turn things on and off on are for bespoke work beyond a plan. Either way it starts with the same free call. If a plan is the right answer, we say so on that call and setup starts from there.

In order From the check to it running

What actually happens, and when.

Nothing here is signed before you have seen a number. The only part nobody can speed up is marked.

Day 0Day 1–3Day 3–5Week 1–2Week 2–3Month 1
Two minutesYou take the check

Ten questions, and you get a rough figure back from your own numbers. If it comes back small, it tells you so and we are both better off knowing that now.

Forty-five minutesThen the audit

A video call. Leon asks a lot of questions, some of them about money, so have your last ten invoices to hand. At the end he tells you what is worth doing and what is not, and there is always something on that second list.

A day or two laterThen a page arrives

Everything we could build for you, listed. You turn each one on and off and watch the price move, and next to the price you see what it is worth in hours and in money on the figures you gave us. Build the version you want. Nothing to sign and nothing expires.

A week or twoThen we build it

The first piece goes together in a week or two.

Three to seven days of that is Meta verifying your WhatsApp number. Nobody can speed that up, us included. We start that clock on day one so it runs while the rest is being built.
First monthThen it runs

We watch it and tighten it. You will find things you want changing in week two, and that is normal rather than a sign anything has gone wrong.

If we say something will happen on Tuesday, it happens on Tuesday. If it cannot, you hear that before Tuesday, not after it.

When something goes wrong, which occasionally it will, you hear it from us first, with what we are doing about it.

What we won't do The shorter list is ours

We won't build you something you don't need.

If it does not save you time or make you money, we will not build it. On the audit call you get told which parts of your business we would leave alone, and that list is usually longer than the other one.

Rip out something that already worksso we can replace it with ours. If your job software is fine, it stays and we connect to it.

Put something in front of your customers and disappearWe stay on it for the first month and we are reachable after that.

Sell you a system you need a translator to operateIf you cannot change a message yourself, we built it wrong.

Charge you for the parts you don't needThe page you get lists everything separately for exactly that reason.

You own your data. We just built the system.

The numbers, the customer records, the messages and the history are yours. If you ever leave, you leave with them.

Start here One conversation, no pitch

If it's not worth doing, we'll tell you.

The audit is free and takes about forty-five minutes. You will get something useful out of it whether you buy anything or not.
