When we build the site, the form, the chat and the tracking go straight into your Cobalt record. Nothing gets bolted on afterwards and nothing waits in an inbox. Cobalt works better for you, and a business it works for is more likely to stay. That's the deal, and it's good for both of us.

Before you ask.
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no build fee and no hosting fee. It comes with the plan you're paying for anyway, £297 or £497 a month, with a three-month minimum and then monthly. The one thing you pay for yourself is the domain name, and that goes to whoever you buy it from, not to us.
Do I have to take it?
No. If you're happy with the site you've got, keep it. We'll give you a couple of lines for your web designer to add, so enquiries from it still land in your Cobalt record.
Who writes the words?
We do, from your answers to the form, in plain words that sound like you. You read every page before it goes live, and that's what the three rounds of changes are for. Your own photos of your work go on it. If you haven't got any yet we use drawings, never stock photos.
What updates are included after it's live?
Everyday updates, while you subscribe. New prices, new photos, a service you've started or stopped, different hours. Send it over and it's done. A sixth page, an online shop or a full redesign is new work, so we'd quote that first, in writing.
What happens to it if I leave?
The same as everything else in your account. It stays live to the end of your last paid month. Then the account is deleted and the website goes with it, so take a copy before your last day. Ask and we'll help you export it. Your domain was always in your name, so that stays with you.
Will it get me to the top of Google?
Nobody honest can promise that. We set the basics up properly: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and pages that load quickly on a phone. Where you show up after that depends on things like your reviews and how many others do what you do near you.
